Prices and Availability
Individual and shared studio spaces start from £100 per calendar month. We are currently fully occupied but hold a waiting list for artists wishing to join us.
We also offer a workshop / classroom area available to rent on a daily basis, at a rate of £30 per day
Rental prices are fully inclusive of all bills (subject to reasonable usage). Facilities and services for resident artists include Wi-Fi, promotion on our social media pages, a dedicated page on our website, 24 hour access to the studios, communal kitchen and toilets. (Unfortunately due to the age and nature of the building, toilets and kitchen facilities are on the first floor, which is only accessible via stairs. Disability access will be an area we hope to improve upon with the next phase of the project).
